Welcome to my website, where I offer support and guidance for individuals navigating the challenging journey of grief. I understand firsthand the overwhelming pain and uncertainty that comes with the loss of a loved one. In 2015, I tragically lost my first husband, and my life was turned upside down.

As a grief coach, motivational speaker, and author of From Grief to Glory," I share my raw and authentic experience to provide solace and encouragement to those in need. I believe that everyone's grief journey is unique, and my aim is to offer support regardless of your beliefs or religious background.
Through my own struggles and the subsequent mental breakdown I faced, I discovered the power of faith and found strength in my relationship with Jesus. While my experiences are deeply rooted in my Christian faith, my services and support extend to individuals from all walks of life. I am here to guide you, irrespective of your religious beliefs or lack thereof.
In addition to my book, which offers an honest account of my personal struggles, I provide grief coaching sessions tailored to your specific needs. Together, we will navigate the challenges of grief, explore healthy coping mechanisms, and work towards finding a new sense of purpose and joy in life.
As a motivational speaker, I also offer talks and presentations to inspire and uplift audiences, sharing the message of hope and resilience in the face of grief.
